Dedicated to Jeannine Pirro:

The Woman In The Mirror
When you get what you want in your struggles for self
And the world makes you queen for a day:
Then go to the mirror and look at yourself,
And see what that woman has to say.
For it isn't a woman's father, mother, or husband
Whose judgement upon her must pass?
The verdict that counts most in her life,
Is the woman staring back from the glass.
She is the woman to please: never mind all the rest,
For she is with you clear up to the end:
And you've passed your most dangerous, difficult test
If the woman in the glass is your friend.
You can fool the whole world down the pathway of years,
And get pats on the back as you pass:
But your final reward will be heartache and tears
If you've cheated the woman in the glass
Unkown Author
Jeannine Pirro is blinded by the reflections of the innocent who have been victimized by her sadistic ways.

No one should have been giggling at the funeral of officer Enchautegui’s; least of all Jeannine Pirro.

Justice can't be blind to past crimes
Bill Hammond, New York Daily News

ALBANY - Here's a little known but dismaying fact about the slaying of NYPD Officer Daniel Enchautegui: The accused triggerman, Steven Armento, should have been sitting in jail instead of stalking the streets of Pelham Bay with a loaded .357.
Armento had pleaded guilty to assault and animal cruelty charges only a few months before, admitting that he had sicced his pit bull on a Yonkers neighbor's dog, then punched the neighbor for trying to pull the dogs apart.
Given his history of 13 arrests and three prison terms, a rational justice system would have locked this thug away for as long as the law allowed - which, in this case, was a year.
But a pair of judges in Yonkers City Court ignored his novel-length rap sheet and treated the case as a routine misdemeanor. Armento skated away from his sentencing in August with a conditional discharge and $500 in fines. The judges might as well have thrown in a free car wash.
Westchester County District Attorney Jeanine Pirro's office made only a perfunctory pitch for jail time. Transcripts of the court hearings show that Pirro's assistants put up no real fight as the judges went easy on a chronic criminal.
And so Armento was a free man early on Dec. 11 when, according to police, he put a hollow-point bullet in Enchautegui's heart while fleeing a burglary.
The primary blame for Armento's nonpunishment lies at the feet of the two Yonkers judges: Arthur Doran, who offered Armento leniency in return for his guilty plea in April, and Thomas Daly, who followed through with the ludicrously light sentence in August. Doran and Daly probably never dreamed that a small-time thug with no previous record of violence would soon stand accused of first-degree murder. But it didn't take a psychic to foresee more arrests in Armento's future. Not including the 5-1/2 years in prison, he has averaged one collar for every 20 months of his adult life.

Pirro's operation didn't exactly cover itself in glory, either. Judges have the final say on sentencing, but prosecutors have a duty to raise hell when a menace to society gets a free pass. At the very least, they could have rehashed the details of Armento's 12 previous arrests - for drug possession, weapon possession, grand larceny, etc. - to remind the judges of exactly whom they were dealing with.

The tragic death of Enchautegui - along with the killing of Officer Dillon Stewart on Nov. 28 and the shootings of nine other officers since June - inspired the Daily News' campaign to beef up penalties for violence against police and for gun trafficking. In the past, Gov. Pataki also has proposed a "three strikes" law that would impose longer sentences on chronic misdemeanor offenders such as Armento.

But the toughest laws in the world won't make any difference unless officials take the trouble to enforce them vigorously. Originally published on December 20, 2005

Yet Another Questionable Conviction, As Pirro Goes Out The Door….

Caroline Hoth, the president of International S. Splendor Corporation, has been convicted of three counts of Second-Degree Forgery. She is currently being held in the Westchester County Jail pending her sentencing.

A couple of interesting things to note:

Ms. Hoth stated that Jeanine Pirro had a political motive for the forgery conviction. She felt she went after her due to the fact that she would not participate in Pirro’s campaign against Hillary Clinton and John Spencer.

Also, Ms. Hoth claims that the jury was improperly instructed to convict her.

It appears that Ms. Hoth is yet another victim to the wrath of Pirro. What people must understand is a jury can only make a determination of guilt or innocence by the evidence allowed into the trial, and the instructions received from the presiding Judge, as any reasonable prudent person would. If instructions are not complete the jurors will not have a true understanding of the law. Therefore, are manipulated, mislead, do not have all the facts and may not have made their determination beyond a reasonable doubt. Many convictions obtained under the administration of Jeannine Pirro remain under suspicion. Time and time again it has been the same old story MANIPULATION of our Judicial System at the expense of innocent people.

Until all the wrongs of Jeannine Pirro have been righted,
THE JUSTICE ADVOCATES OF WESTCHESTER will continue to STOPIRRO!!!

Jeanine Pirro continues to demonstrate that she is totally unfit to be New York State Attorney General, by her ongoing insensitivity and disregard for victims of crime and their families.

Pirro told to zip it
Chattering outside church has officers fuming at her
BY ALISON GENDAR and JOE MAHONEY DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITERS

Gov. Pataki (l.) Mayor Bloomberg, Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly and former Mayor Rudy Giuliani join other officials in paying respects to slain Officer Daniel Enchautegui.
-->Westchester District Attorney Jeanine Pirro was seen giggling and chatting outside a Bronx church after the funeral Mass for slain Police Officer Danny Enchautegui - spurring outrage from cops.
One officer brusquely told her to "shut up," prompting Pirro to zip her lips and snap to attention just after the flag-draped coffin holding Enchautegui was placed into a nearby hearse.
While grim-faced Finest stood ramrod-straight, Pirro drew glares from the hero cop's fellow officers when they spotted her giggling and chatting with state Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno (R-Rensselaer).
"She should have kept her mouth shut and showed some respect," said one disgusted high-ranking member of the NYPD.
Fumed another officer: "It was bad timing. Everyone is waiting for the family to leave. The family is trying to be strong. We're all still in formation. It was out of line."
A Pirro campaign spokesman denied last night that any cop told her to keep quiet outside the church.
Joining Bruno and Pirro in the church were Gov. Pataki, Mayor Bloomberg and former Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
Missing, though, was Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver (D-Albany), who is facing new accusations from GOP lawmakers of blocking a package of bills mandating prison terms for certain illegal gun traffickers.
Silver aides refused to say precisely where the speaker was during the funeral. Silver attended Enchautegui's wake Tuesday.
The aides noted that Silver had phone talks with Bruno and Pataki yesterday in a bid to reach a compromise after the Daily News turned up the heat on Albany's big three to stop the bickering and pass new laws protecting cops.
The key to ending the snarl is Silver, said state Sen. Jeff Klein (D-Bronx), who attended the funeral and represents the neighborhood where Enchautegui was slain.
"He's portraying to everyone that Democrats are not tough on crime - and that's not true," said Klein, who said a Pataki gun crackdown package "would pass overwhelmingly" if Silver simply allowed an Assembly vote.
Meanwhile, Assembly Minority Leader Jim Tedisco (R-Schenectady) urged Silver to hold an immediate special session to deal with the gun measures and laws called for under The News' Stop Crimes Against Cops Campaign.
"The problem is he's got a base in his Democratic conference who don't believe in tougher penalties, and that base seems to have his ear right now," said a frustrated Tedisco.
But Silver is keeping the current schedule of having Assembly members return to the Capitol after New Year's Day.
"We are trying to put together something we can pass by early next year," Silver spokesman Skip Carrier said.

Jeanine Pirro, As the Walls Come Tumbling Down

These are not good times for Jeanine Pirro. All the hype and denial will not keep the walls from tumbling down. It was inevitable that her bad deeds would begin to catch up with her, and that she would paint herself into a corner. The fact is, she has.
Mrs. Pirro has no place to go, trapped by her own misconduct in office, miscalculation in politics, and misunderstanding of her situation. She has no place to go but down as the walls continue to fall.

As regards her misconduct in office, in just the last few weeks alone, Jing Kelly’s success in the Appellate Division First Department of the State Supreme Court, vacating a cruel and unlawful Family Court custody decision which has kept a loving mother and her five year old son apart for three years. This situation is largely the result of Pirro’s vindictive use of power and influence, and has drawn judicial and public attention. The ugly facts in this case will continue to be exposed.

Then, ten days ago there was Federal District Judge Charles Brieant’s decision overturning Anthony DiSmone’s conviction, declaring the District Attorney’s misconduct which resulted in his conviction for Depraved Indifference Murder, by a jury which had acquitted him of Intentional Murder, a violation of his Constitutional rights. And, of course, there is the on-going civil suit currently in Federal District Court before Judge O’Connor, stemming from the reversal last year by the Appellate Division Second Department of Marci Stein’s conviction as the result of serious misconduct by the Westchester County District Attorney who withheld exculpatory information, and lied to the jury.

Kelly, DiSimone, and Stein are just the beginning where Mrs. Pirro’s unlawful conduct as DA is concerned. There are many more waiting in the wings. Whomever the Democratic candidate for Attorney General turns out to be will have a field day with Pirro, embattled as she already is, should she be nominated. Her Political miscalculation never took into account that her last two elections were fixed, and at that, she nearly got beat by a political unknown. What did she expect would happen against Hillary?

Her misunderstanding of her situation comes from buying into her own hype. The reality is that outside of her neighborhood, Westchester, she has no power, no ability to raise serious money, no knowledge of issues important to voters, and nothing to say without a script. In short, 2006 is shaping up as a disastrous year for Jeanine Pirro, both politically and personally. In fact, she will be lucky to reach 2007 without being on the wrong side of an indictment.

Jeanine Pirro's Race for US Senate..................

The drama continues..........it appears on completion of her "summit" with Gov. Pataki, Pirro's political buddy, that Mrs. Pirro will remain in the race against Hillary Clinton. (stop laughing)This will be very entertaining....... what would she do as Attorney General anyway, investigate her and Al's friends??? Just think how hard that would be for Al, it's hard work tipping off his "gumbas".

The same machine that helped create her will be forced to watch her self-destruct. All that is left of Jeanine Pirro's political career is page 10.............

She should go where she really belongs, she would look smashing in orange, don't you agree?? Life without plastic surgery and a mirror to look into everyday; remember, evil comes from the inside out.....

Until the innocent are free and justice restored, WE THE JUSTICE ADVOCATES OF WESTCHESTER will continue to STOPIRRO!!

Let's take a look at One of Jeanine Pirro Friends............
Today, Ian Bishop, from the New York Post, reported on one of Jeanine Pirro's friends, Rev. Al Sharpton. Sharpton is currently is being paid to represent a company called LoanMax. This company lends people with bad credit loans. Here is the deal, the people use their cars as collateral, with interest rates as high as 30%. (very interesting) New York is one of the states that has interest caps and does not tolerate these car title lenders.

Sharpton, would not reveal how much he was being paid to appear in television commercials for the company. Does that shock you? Rev. Al Sharpton, has come to "assist" Mrs. Pirro on quite a few occasions. He claims to be a fighter for the little man, however, look who is taking advantage of who he calls the "little man" Well, as the old saying goes, birds of a feather flock together...has anyone noticed, anyone associated with Mrs. Pirro and her hubby Al are always involved with unscrupulous dealings. These tyrants only interest is self-interest!

Jeanine Pirro and friends always have smiles on their faces when they take advantage and destroy innocent and vulnerable people......

And that is why, THE JUSTICE ADVOCATES OF WESTCHESTER will continue to STOPIRRO!!

Andy Spano, Stepping up to the Plate??
Andy Spano has publicly admitted what many have been trying to express for years. Only a few weeks short of the end of Mrs. Pirro's career as the Westchester County District Attorney. The unethical conduct of Jeanine Pirro is being exposed. Spano makes reference to her misleading the Grand Jury; not presenting all the facts, and using this for her political advantage. This is how she has handled her entire career. Mrs. Pirro will stop at nothing to get what she needs, regardless of the truth, due process, and justice.
If Pirro is not "guaranted" a conviction she does not prosecute. Her media displays are only a mirage for the public. She has shown her lack of interest by her unwillingness to cooperate with the Department in the past.
The Department of Social Services, Child Protective Services powers are limited. They need the Federal and State Laws to back-up their investigations and findings; currenly they do not. The powers of the department only can do so much without the cooperation of the courts, the District Attorney's office, the county attorneys, and effective laws that are strong enough to protect our most vulnerable victims, children.
Whatever Andy's reasons to bring forth the "truths" and expose the manipulative forces of Jeanine Pirro at this time could only offer hope to the endless number of people that have been victimized by the wrath of Pirro, that their voices will finally be heard after years and years of pain and suffering, and there can finally be justice for all.
However, until the day that ALL of Pirros wrongs have been righted and true justice is served, the JUSTICE ADVOCATES OF WESTCHESTER will continue to STOPIRRO!!
