We, the family and friends of innocent police officers and civilians who have been maliciously prosecuted and imprisioned by Jeanine Pirro, believe it is our moral obligation and responsibility to keep her from doing to the justice system and the Courts of New York State what she has done in Westchester County, New York. WE ARE DETERMINED TO STOPIRRO!!!!!!!

Thursday, August 25, 2005

Mrs. Pirro's sudden silence since her last courthouse fiasco has not gone unnoticed by JUSTICE ADVOCATES OF WESTCHESTER. To those who might speculate that she has holed away somewhere, licking her wounds, we say guess again. More likely she is scheming some mega-bust, some self-promotional move, complete with press conference and scripted theatrics.

She is not yet re-thinking her situation. She is in denial. She is laying low, but only until she can pop-up with some new distractions, some new sensations.

Whatever will she do after December 31 st? How will she survive when we are no longer at her disposal, no longer feeding her meglomania from the public trough? It's time to, and we will, STOPIRRO!

The one thing that can be grasped from Jeanine Pirro’s bid for Senate is that - unlike the big fish in the small pond of Westchester - she gets ‘known’ in a different way throughout NY State (and the whole US) because she’s fighting Clinton (could anything be better for such a preening Queen?).

Of course, the door swings both ways. Searching outside NY, I came across the following comment on an Iowa blog: "Hm. Can anyone else think of why it might be a Bad Idea for a prosecutor to be taking checks from wise guys?"

Short of Sequoia systems (Al Pirro’s client) suddenly getting the green light to have an electronic election, this is a doomed bid. Outside (seemingly, endlessly forgiving) Westchester - as seen in Iowa - the telegenic prosecutor is just seen as, yet another law official with sticky mobbed-up hands (or is that Married To The Mob? - I get confused).

How connected to Worth Construction is Jeanine Pirro? (other than them giving her money) I picked up a post (below) which states that Worth Construction "despite being blacklisted for government contracts in NYC and across New Jersey, still gets substantial contracts in Westchester County." Is this TRUE? Should it be investigated (and I guess by a Special Prosecutor, rather than our DA)?

"Worth Construction is not just allegedly linked to organized crime. They *are* linked to organized crime. A number of its subcontractors were prosecuted and convicted under the RICO statute. Its owner, Joseph Pontoriero, hung out with very well known members of "The Commission", heads of the then-four families of the mafia.

Then let's get into the political corruption: Pontoriero and Worth Construction have gotten some government officials into a LOT of trouble with bribery and cost-overruns in Long Island, NY and across Connecticut. Political figures have gotten into deep doo-doo for improper processes involving Worth; the only reason Pontoriero and the company haven't been prosecuted is because they're too well insulated.

At any rate, this nonsense was enough for the School Construction Authority of New York City to investigate Worth and Pontoriero before taking their bid. Rather than coming clean, Pontoriero refused to go along with investigators and gave up a number of lucrative contracts.

Now, the real question here is: Worth Construction, despite being blacklisted for government contracts in NYC and across New Jersey, still gets substantial contracts in Westchester County. Contracts to build jails, police precincts and schools. You'd think that such activities would make Worth a target of a racketeering investigation. One very easy way to stop any investigation in its tracks is to simply buy off the DA. Of course, that might be considered a conflict of interest.

Why are there no individual contributors shown for Jeanine Pirro's bid for Senate on the Federal Election Commission's web site?

If you go to it shows PIRRO, JEANINE F had Individual Contributions of $438,555. Following the link you get, "No Individuals Gave To: PIRRO, JEANINE F"

Looking up Hillary Clinton's funding, it shows "Individual Contributions: $14,674,361". Following that link gives you: "The query you have chosen matched 7249 individual contributions." ALL visible!

How is it that Jeanine Pirro's individual contributors are NOT shown - too many Mob names, or what?
